CANCEL THE SQUIRREL HUNTING COMPETITION
Centre for Orangutan Protection is calling all the orangutfriends, to pay attention, disseminate, and thwart squirrel hunting competition!
The Boyolali snipers are forget that air rifles are in the Regulation of the Chief of Police No. 8/2012 concerning the control of firearms for sport activity. Very firmly, article 4 paragraph 3 states that “air rifles are used for sports of shooting targets. Article 5 paragraph 3 states “Air rifles are onlu used at the locatotion of matches or exercises.” “It’s the Chief of Police order, Mr. Inspector General of Police Drs. Condro Kirono, M.M., M.Hum.”.
Director General of Gakkum of Forestry Ministry (KLHK) issued a letter S.31 / PHLHK / PPH / GKM.2 / 3/2018 on March 16, 2018 to enforce the rules of the National Police above. May Gakkum not forget and be able to carry out the mandate of his own letter.
Perbakin had also issued a letter 257/SEKJEN/PB/III/2018 for all Perbakin Managers to not to shoot animals with air rifles. Once again, it was affirmed that shooting animals with airguns outside a shooting arena is against the law. Hopefully, it is only our friends from Sniper Boyolali who are forget, not the Chief of Central Java Regional Police and the Director General of GAKKUM KLHK, and Perbakin also. (SAR)
BATALKAN KOMPETISI BERBURU TUPAI!
Centre for Orangutan Protection memanggil seluruh orangufriends, untuk memperhatikan, menyebarluaskan dan menggagalkan kompetisi berburu tupai!
Sniper Boyolali lagi ‘lali’ kalau senapan angin di Peraturan Kapolri No 8/2012 tentang Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Senjata Api untuk Kepentingan Olahraga. Sangat tegas Kapolri membuat aturan di Pasal 4 ayat 3, “Senapan angin digunakan untuk kepentingan olahraga menembak sasaran atau target.”. Pasal 5 ayat 3, “Senapan angin hanya digunakan dilokasi pertandingan atau latihan.”. “Perintah Kapolri loh pak Inspektur Jenderal Polisi Drs. Condro Kirono, M.M., M.Hum.”.
Dirjen Gakkum KLHK mengeluarkan surat S.31/PHLHK/PPH/GKM.2/3/2018 tanggal 16 Maret 2018 untuk menegakkan aturan Kapolri di atas. Semoga Gakkum tidak lupa dan bisa menjalankan amanah suratnya sendiri.
Dan PERBAKIN juga sudah mengeluarkan edaran 257/SEKJEN/PB/III/2018 untuk seluruh Pengurus Perbakin untuk tidak menembak satwa dengan senapan angin. Sekali lagi ditegaskan bahwa menembak satwa dengan senapan angin di luar arena menembak adalah melanggar aturan hukum.
