JOJO SPENDING TIME IN PLAYGROUND

JOJO MENGHABISKAN WAKTU DI TAMAN BERMAIN
Memasuki bulan ketiga berhentinya kelas sekolah hutan di pusat rehabilitasi orangutan COP Borneo. Jojo cukup terhibur dengan diaktifkannya kembali taman bermain COP Borneo. Taman bermain ini adalah taman yang dibangun para Orangutan Angle’s yang merupakan relawan dari Australia. Jojo adalah orangutan yang cukup aktif di kelas sekolah hutan. Dia selalu berharap untuk menjalani kelas sekolah hutan setiap hari. Kalau tidak, dia akan menangis sekuat-kuatnya.
Penghentian kelas sekolah hutan karena perambahan hutan di sekitar COP Borneo mengancam keberadaan orangutan-orangutan kecil. Orangutan-orangutan terlihat takut saat mendengar suara gergaji mesin yang diikuti suara rubuhnya pohon.
Jojo menyesuaikan daya jelajahnya. “Dia harus cukup puas dengan ban bekas berisi daun-daun dan ranting. Sedih sih… semoga keamanan Hutan Penelitian Labanan ini dapat segera terjaga, agar orangutan bisa kembali ke kelas sekolah hutan.”, harapan Jhonny kordinator perawat satwa COP Borneo.
